This ceramic stone distributes heat evenly and absorbs excess moisture, ensuring you always get a crispy pizza crust. Baking bread and especially pizza requires a high temperature, between 200-250°C for bread and between 350-400°C for pizza. Place the multilevel lift, heat shield, and stand with the pizza stone well in advance. Without the heat shield, the pizza stone would become too hot, causing the bottom of your pizza or bread to burn instantly.
