A Monolith protective cover protects your kamado against rain, dirt, and the elements. However, it is important that sufficient air circulation is maintained. When a kamado is left completely closed for a long time, moisture can accumulate under the cover. This can cause mold growth, surface rust, or discoloration of wooden parts.
