Voor de echte vleesliefhebber en thuiskok is het 15 cm Messermeister Pro Series Uitbeenmes onmisbaar. Het nauwe, taps toelopende lemmet biedt perfecte controle en zicht bij het nauwkeurig loshalen van vlees rondom botten, gewrichten en kraakbeen.

Vervaardigd uit Duits 1.4116 roestvast koolstofstaal, gehard tot HRC 56–57, blijft het mes langdurig scherp en eenvoudig te herslijpen tot een vlijmscherpe snede. De full tang, één-delige stempelconstructie garandeert kracht van hiel tot punt.

Het oversized, gegoten polypropyleen handvat is ergonomisch en hygiënisch, ideaal voor langdurig gebruik in keuken en bij de BBQ. Handgemaakt in Santa Catarina (Portugal) volgens de hoge kwaliteitsnormen van Messermeister, dit mes levert consistent topresultaat bij het uitbenen van vlees, gevogelte en wild.

Gebruikstips:

  • Gebruik vloeiende, nauwkeurige bewegingen langs bot- en kraakbeencontouren.

  • Houd het mes scherp met een keramische slijpstaaf voor optimaal precisiowerk.

  • Spoel en droog direct na gebruik om roestvorming te voorkomen.
