Straight from the package, the California Style Hot Sauce goes perfectly with dishes that could use a little spice, but is also excellent as an ingredient in other spicy dishes. With no less than 30% freshly ground peppers in the sauce, including red and green jalapenos, smoked chipotle and fresh red peppers, it retains the spiciness of Sriracha and the delicious fruity taste of peppers. From chicken wings to barbecue ribs, this sauce adds delicious flavor to a wide variety of dishes, and even a drop of it can enrich a California sushi roll, oyster or avocado sandwich.
