De Barbecoa Sweet Asian BBQ Saus Honey Teriyaki brengt een verfijnde Aziatische smaak naar jouw barbecue. Deze saus combineert de diepe umami van teriyaki met de zachte zoetheid van honing. Het resultaat is een perfecte balans tussen zoet en hartig die uitstekend past bij uiteenlopende gerechten van de kamado barbecue of keramische BBQ.

De saus is veelzijdig in gebruik en ontwikkeld om gerechten te versterken zonder te overheersen. Of je nu kip, zalm of groenten bereidt, deze saus geeft direct een herkenbare en toegankelijke smaak die breed inzetbaar is bij buiten koken.

Dankzij de licht stroperige structuur is deze BBQ saus ideaal als glaze tijdens het grillen of als marinade vooraf. Ook als dipsaus of als toevoeging aan wokgerechten komt de combinatie van honing en teriyaki volledig tot zijn recht.

Hoe gebruik je deze BBQ saus?
  • Als dipsaus, Verwarm de saus licht zodat de smaken en kruiden beter naar voren komen
  • Als laksaus op vlees, Smeer het vlees in en laat de saus rustig op temperatuur komen zodat deze zich goed hecht en een mooie glanslaag vormt
  • Als BBQ saus bij pulled meat, Meng de saus door pulled pork of pulled chicken of gebruik hem als topping in een wrap of broodje

Let op Niet gebruiken boven directe vlam, de suikers in de saus kunnen verbranden
